Marc Molyneux is British born chef, married to an Italian chef – hence “Britalians”. They relocated to Ibiza in 1995 and have been independent cooks for groups and family’s visiting the island.
Marc has a passion for creating delicious and attractive food. After studying classic French cookery at Oxford University he went on to work in many of the top Italian and French restaurants and
hotels in Oxford and London, and then around the world. It was with a visit to India in 1992 that his love affair with Indian cuisine began and a further twenty two visits. The country, its culture and its people feed a long and celebrated tradition of food excellence and he was enchanted.
Providing all our own pans, utensils, plates and cutlery, we will expertly prepare your food while you relax and enjoy hosting your dinner party. We are not just a pop up chef – we’re a pop up kitchen!
