Our chef, Marc, with 40 years of experience, blends British culinary artistry with authentic Italian flavours, while our Italian partner Dani, with over 20 years of restaurant management expertise, ensures every detail is perfected.

We specialize in international cuisines, with a particular expertise in Indian food. As the only caterers on the island with mobile tandoori ovens, we bring the true taste of India directly to your event.

Marc is an absolutely brilliant chef. He is flexible, really understands what the requirements are and goes above and beyond to delight. He is also able to work to very different briefs, diets, scales, level of food and budget, which is very much appreciated and difficult to find. Had the most amazing Birthday Brunch in Ibiza this weekend for mine and a friends joint 30th- food and presentation were both outstanding and great value and it was a pleasure to have Marc with us. Thanks also for all the extra help sourcing prosecco, managing our dietary requests and giving Ibiza tips and also for even managing to coerce with our friends and make a gigantic amazing flamingo themed surprise birthday cake, it was the best meal of our holiday and would highly recommend Marc to anyone looking for a chef in Ibiza. Highly recommend The Britalians! They came to the villa we stayed at twice whilst we were in Ibiza and catered amazingly to our needs. I used Marc’s services for my recent wedding trip on Ibiza for a post wedding BBQ event I was holding at our villa. Marc was extremely quick in responding to my enquiry with a fantastic price for the wonderful menu including venison burgers, tuna steak, chicken and the most colourful & beautiful salads I have ever seen (or tasted) ending with a tasty cheesecake. It was for a large group of nearly 40, Marc and his team were super efficient and professional and I felt that they really went the extra mile to make sure that we were looked after and ended our meal. I will definitely be contacting Marc again on my future visits to the island and would recommend to all. Thank you!

I contacted Marc after another catering company/private chef never responded back to me. Marc was prompt, professional and willing to customise the menu for me. Even when I moved the dates around a few times it was no bother. Marc provided gorgeous food, he cooked on site, set up, cleared away and washed up everything and put the leftover food in the fridge. I would highly recommend The Britalians, he's a really nice guy and the food was fabulous.
